Design Intent
The architectural expressiveness, of this building is explicated by the addition of RCC and structural steel in the same building. Immense strength is great advantage for a building. Other feature of steel framing is flexibility. Hence the most suitable area to use structural steel is judiciously found and our scope was to design the whole structure having integral portion made up of structural steel enclosed by the RCC wall.
Steel Applicability
The applicability of the steel came into the role as the building must be fabricated and erected quickly for the building to function. The steel portion is enveloped by RCC portion analogous to skin in the human body making the structures aesthetically different from conventional Commercial/Industrial Building
